Enfin...

Sorry folks. Turns out wifi is hard to come by in the small town of Trois-Pistoles! I have arrived... that is, three weeks ago! Here's a quick taste of life on a coast of le fleuve Saint-Laurent, a coast far from the "west coast"of British Columbia!

Les prochaines six semaines...

For a brief six weeks I will be turning my photography blog into a documentation of the next six weeks which I will be spending in Québec. I am in Québec as a participant in a program called Explore, it is a 5 week French language bursary program - most expenses covered! But right now I am staying with one of my family's previous Katimavik students and her wonderful family in the small town of Lac Mégantic.

To start of my first full day: a picture I am sure you will enjoy - especially my aunt.

After sleeping for 16 hours... my first smoothie in Québec!

Pendant les six semaines qui suivent je vais utiliser mon blog pour décrire mes expériences au Québec. Je fais partie d'un programme qui s'appelle Explore, c'est un programme de bourse immersion française qui dure cinq semaines - presque tous les frais sont couverts! Mais en ce moment je reste avec un des étudiants Katimavik, qui est restée avec ma famille il y a environ sept ans, et sa belle famille à Lac Mégantic!

Pour commencer ma première journée: une photo que j'espère vous allez aimer - je sais que ma tante rira!

Après avoir dormi pendant 16 heures... mon premier "smoothie" au Québec!
